- If you've never experienced the Grand Canyon and are wondering what that first glimpse may be like, this article does an excellent job describing the feeling - and is almost exactly as I remember my first time. This site also includes a set of photos taken from the South Rim.

- Enter "Grand Canyon" and click on "Begin Search" to see extensive list of historic pictures. Something unique to this site is the detail of information provided on each photo. These photos are rather small, but fun to browse.

- This is a very humorous account of a family's trip to Havasu Falls and the South Rim. This one will definitely bring a smile to your face.

- This is just one of the many pages available on Arizona as part of the Arizona Guide. This entire site is well worth checking out. Well written descriptions accompany thumbnailed pictures. I can guarantee you will find something here you will want to make as wallpaper.

- Being from National Geographic, I was disappointed with this site as I expected much more. There are some good pictures, but little else.
- Pickatrail
- Includes a very basic description of the park, plus a few map links which give the location of the park, and what is around the Visitor Centers. Also has an interactive map of a trail along the South Rim, which appears to be part of the South Rim Nature Trail.
