This was one of my first attempts at creating a 'metal' NIN (Nine Inch Nails). The design was taken from their CD single Sin (a.k.a. HALO FOUR). The initial piece (or mold) was carved from pine with the final cast out of aluminum. After casting, the top, sides, and back were sanded then painted with a black lacquer. The 'embossed' surface was then sanded again, along with the sides to remove the black paint and also to prep. the surface for a semi-mirror finish. Dimensions: 1/2" x 9 3/4" x 9 3/4"
