Brad wins! But for all intents and purposes, it's a three way tie between Brad, Ted, and Melody. These three alone garnered almost 80% of the total votes cast. The remaining pie was split among the rest, with Jake leading the way, and Buddy trailing. During the voting season, Brad and Ted exchanged the lead several times, with Melody always right in the hunt. Thanks to all who voted! This is one poll that will likely be repeated in the future. I got one complaint that Lucy (the cast glue) wasn't included, so she'll be around next time.

Christine Taylor pulls this one out in a race a little closer than I expected. I myself voted for her, as she's the one typically called upon to do the "heavy" stuff. David Lascher comes in a close second, and Kelly Brown more or less holds the middle ground by herself. The rest were all clustered in the rear, with Jonathan Galkin leading the dust eaters. It's interesting that Josh Tygiel somehow snagged 6 votes. Nothing against Josh, but a better actor than the rest?

I didn't intend for this poll to run so long, but in doing so, a pretty good sample size was obtained. The results are pretty clear. The character/cast section is definitely in high demand. Multimedia (pictures and sounds) are next on the list, with a particular interest in Kelly Brown. OK. Getting a FAQ done up has been a slow work in progress. I'm surprised that the acquisition of actual episode titles is so down on the list. That's a primary factor in holding things up, as referring to episodes by description or number isn't optimal. Especially if it means re-doing sections after the titles are obtained. Thanks to everyone who gave their input!

It's pretty clear from this poll that the Hey Dude fans visiting this site liked Nickelodeon a lot more when Hey Dude was a regular part of its schedule. A consensus majority (64%) consider Hey Dude their favorite #1 Nick program. What does this suggest? Perhaps that Hey Dude possesses some special qualities most other shows lack. Recognizing this transcendence, Hey Dude fans are more discriminating and demanding of quality than your typical Nick series viewer, or general TV viewer. Hey Dude fans are just plain smart, and are not to be bothered with silliness.
